To place an order, simply visit our Shopify website and browse our collection. Once you’ve found the items you’d like to purchase, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. At Marina Bay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. To ensure eligibility for a return, please make sure that all products are unused, in their original packaging, and have the labels intact. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, and we’ll guide you through the process.

For customers located in Hong Kong, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured we will do our utmost to ensure your order arrives on time. We appreciate your patience.

Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and with all labels intact. Unfortunately, pieces without the original packaging and labeling will not be accepted for returns. The Marina Bay team reserves the right to reject any returns on this basis.
